Halo Assassination Listing Official (Or H.A.L.O) is an organization devised of 18 Official Members. [H.A.L.O]GI the Operations Manager of the organization and his board nominate top-ranking soldiers that express valuable qualities. Opening in June 2004 this organization  originally consisted of Bungie, Gearbox and Microsoft Beta-Tester Personnel. H.A.L.O personnel are expected to follow and understand the regulations of World Tournament Rules, and are expected to maintain a high level of respect for any opposition, while taking pride in their skills.
